The rooms are clean and updated, with a jacuzzi that felt like a mini spa. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay feel special.
While it wasn't the cheapest option around, the value definitely made it worthwhile.

Breakfast is amazing and keeps you fueled for adventures. The location is quiet, and the staff keep everything clean and tidy.
Parking might be a concern during peak times.

I struggled to get any work done with all the noise outside my room—motorcycles revving and loud cars blasting music. It felt chaotic, like living in a bustling city. Definitely not the peaceful getaway I was hoping for.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast selection was limited. Wish the golf course was closer. Overall a decent stay.

The staff at Best Western were really friendly and the motel was nice and clean. The breakfast they offered was very good with a great selection of food. Unfortunately, the location was a bit risky as the traffic from the highway made it dangerous to enter and exit the property. In terms of the room, the wifi didn't work well in our room, likely due to the distance from the lobby. The air conditioning had some issues and the alarm went off early in the morning, which was quite annoying. the room itself was clean and spacious, and the price was reasonable. One of the best parts of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The woman tending to the food area did an excellent job keeping everything clean and stocked with delicious options. I also appreciated the quiet guests and the view of the fall leaves from my room. On the downside, the road noise was a bit bothersome, especially since my room was close to the road. The toilet didn't flush well and the toilet paper holders were poorly placed, making it difficult to reach the paper comfortably. While there were some issues with the room and the property, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and good breakfast made it a decent place to stay.

My room was spotless and beautifully updated! The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, especially with so many healthy options. The outdoor pool was the cherry on top – perfect for a sunny afternoon!

Spotless property with a friendly staff that made conversations enjoyable. Room was spacious, boasting comfortable bedding and a great TV setup. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diligent attendant keeping everything fresh. the road noise was noticeable, and a late-night neighborly dispute raised some safety concerns. Small improvements like better toilet paper holders and upgraded soap would go a long way. Despite these quirks, it was a good deal for the price and a solid choice for any traveler.

Stayed recently during a business trip, and had a large, clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice desk to work at. The hotel is conveniently located for car travelers, with downtown Asheville just a short 5-7 minute drive away. I appreciated the diverse breakfast options offered, including omelettes, waffles, yogurt, pastries.
Although the room was comfortable, noise from the highway and disruptive guests could be heard through the walls. The AC unit was quite loud, disrupting my sleep throughout the night.

Loved this place! Super cozy king room, really clean, and the beds were awesome. The breakfast had a ton of options, plus great coffee. The pool was a nice size too. Only thing missing was oatmeal for breakfast. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the Smokies.

This motel is perfectly situated just a short stroll away from popular spots like Biltmore Village and the stunning Biltmore Gardens, making it easy to discover local attractions, shops, and parks, plus dining options like Charley's Grilled Subs and Panera Bread are all within a 15-minute walk; the room was clean and comfy with plenty of extras like shampoo and coffee to enhance the stay, but the breakfast could use some improvement as food ran out quickly.

The room was exceptionally spacious, with large windows that filled the space with natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, a highlight of my stay. I appreciated the beautiful tiled shower, which added a touch of luxury. Temperature control was adequate, though I found it a bit too cool at times. I enjoyed the additional touches, like bottled water and mint chocolates. Noise levels were reasonable, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. there were some minor cleanliness issues in common areas that could be improved. the room offered a pleasant and relaxing environment.

The breakfast area felt like a cozy cafeteria aquarium! I had to fight for my pancakes, but the outdoor pool and garden were a pleasant escape among all the surrounding art deco madness.
Who doesn't love a TV marathon at full blast through the wall all night? .

Charming older motel with modern touches and excellent maintenance. The room was clean and the bed, incredibly comfortable—an essential for any traveler. High-quality breakfast options, including eggs and sausage, were a standout. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was convenient, right near my room. Enjoyed the well-kept pool area. Minor issues: room setup was tight for two preparing simultaneously, and towel count fell short for my family. the staff quickly resolved any concerns. Safety felt compromised during noisy neighbor incidents, highlighting a need for better supervision. the hotel itself is secure and inviting. A value-rich stay worth returning to. Would recommend!

I chose this hotel to visit Biltmore Gardens and was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi throughout the property. The hot breakfast with a variety of items like cereal, eggs, and fruit was a great start to the day. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Asheville Mall and restaurants was very convenient.
Damp and hot room.

clean - comfy rooms with great mountain views. convenient location to downtown & biltmore estate. superfriendly staff made us a map of electric car charging stations. wifi and cable tv were great, and the hotel is near a nice fitness center at the gLo next door.
Would be happy to recommend.

Breakfast was satisfying with tasty hot food and good coffee. The spacious and clean room had all the necessary amenities, including a room, warming touch. The efficient check, in/out process and close parking were convenient. The location allowed easy access to local attractions, striking a perfect balance between city buzz and peaceful surroundings.
Some noise from outside entries can be bothersome, typical for a motel, style setup. The lack of visible elevators may pose a navigation challenge.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially Kyria and Gavin at the Front Desk. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel valued. The remodeling was well done, and the breakfast was the best we've had so far. Despite facing a busy highway, it was surprisingly quiet. The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. As a family with children, we appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of our stay.
Pet-friendly but not pet-friendly enough. We were not informed of the additional fees and restrictions for bringing our small dog until check-in, which was an inconvenience.

stayed at Best Western in a spur of the moment trip and it was a pleasant experience. the check-in process was quick, and the receptionist was friendly. the rooms were a decent size and well-kept. the location had easy access to the main road and ample parking. It was close to everywhere I wanted to go, making commuting easy.
Cannot find any fault 😊
